We will email you a form that you sign and fax to Disney (or I can fax it for you). It takes about 3 business days for Disney to transfer a reservation to me. We will then mail you a Disney World Planning Pack, including your free Disney Gift Card as a thank you!

“Does Anything Change on My Reservation?”

No, everything on your reservation stays exactly the same. The only change is our agency is added to your reservation and I will help you with your planning.

“Can I Transfer a Reservation from a Travel Agent or AAA?”

As an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, Disney allows us to take over a reservation, because Disney knows we will take exceptional care of their guests. Our guests are much happier and better prepared for their vacation than a guest that books directly with Disney! For this reason, Disney allows us to take over your reservation.

FastPass is a free service included with your tickets. FastPass is offered at the most
popular rides and attractions at Disney World. Check out your Theme Park Guide at the
front entrance of the Theme Parks for the FastPass rides and attractions.
To pick up your FastPass vouchers, you will go to the ride or attraction and go tothe
FastPass Distribution line. One of your family members will take everyone’s
entrance tickets to this FastPasskiosk (it looks like an ATM machine). You will put in a
ticket for everyone in your family and it will spit out vouchers for everyone. The voucher
will have a return time on it.
For example, if you are picking up your FastPass vouchers at 9 AM, your return time
may be around 11-12:30 PM. This will give you enough time to visit another attraction,
go shopping, or have lunch. Once your FastPass time returns, you will go right to the
FastPass Return line at the ride or attraction and go right to the front of the line. Hang
onto your vouchers, because a Disney Cast Member (employee) will need that voucher
from you to enter the attraction.

FastPass will save you hours waiting in lines! You can
only get one FastPass at a time so be sure to get these early in the day.

Disney World can be enjoyed at all stages of life.  As a kid, of course, it is a blast!  What kid would not love to go to Disney?  As a teenager there is so much to do as well, between the parks, water parks and Downtown Disney.  You can get married at Disney and have an amazing honeymoon.  When you have your first child you can be sure to enjoy navigating Disney with your little bundle of joy.  Grandparents, parents with multiple children and single adults can all enjoy the wonders and magic of Disney.

As a parent that just recently traveled to Disney with an infant I thought I would put together a list of some helpful tips to make your trip more fun and less stressful.

First, how will your baby get around in Disney?  You can rent a stroller when you get to the parks, but for the price, $15 a day for a single stroller and $31 per day for a double stroller, you will find it much cheaper to just buy an cheap umbrella stroller (they also sell those in the park but expect to pay more).

Most airlines will carry a collapsible stroller for free, in addition to your regular luggage allowance, so just bring one from home.  Lightweight umbrella strollers are the best type to use, especially if you intend to use the Disney transportation system, as you’ll have to fold the stroller up as you get on the buses.

Another stroller tip, when you come out of a ride you might find that your stroller has been moved.  I thought my stroller was stolen at least 3 times a day while I was in Disney.  Cast Members move the strollers to designated stroller parking areas, and sometimes move them to make room for other strollers.  If you ask a Cast Member they should be able to help you.  Also if you have a cheap umbrella stroller write your name on it with magic marker and do not leave any valuables in the strollers.

While you are enjoying Disney make sure to take advantage of Photo Pass Photographers, you can get some great family photos in Disney.  Plus if you hand them your camera they will take pictures on it also, great keepsakes and presents for the grandparents.

After you have strolled around Disney and rode a few rides, baby will need to nurse or be changed. There are a few dedicated rooms for moms with infants called Baby Care Centers.  The Baby Care Centers are great places for feeding, changing or just a little quiet time with your baby.  They have changing stations, rocking chairs, and some have other amenities.  There is a BCC in each park, usually near the first aid stations.  Some are nicer than others.  The one at Hollywood Studios had little TVs and a microwave even.

If you still want to ride the non-infant friendly rides, just use “babyswap.”  Enter the line area as normal with baby. Tell the Cast Member that you want to use “baby swap”. When you reach the front of the line one of you rides and the other stays with baby.  At the end of the ride you “swap” and the other one rides without any additional wait.

When you book your hotel, request a pak n play crib, and request again at check-in.  Disney Resorts provide these free of charge. You’ll also find high chairs in all restaurants and food courts.  Plus certain rooms work best for infants.  We love the Caribbean because it has an area that a pak n play can fit in privately.
